Synopsis:

Some believe that the world is one of many; that our existence is merely an intersection between countless dimensions - known and unknown.

We run into strangers we don't see, hum to tunes we don't hear. Most of us remain ignorant.

But there are always others who would try everything to beseech the truth if not thrill - that is, to see ghost just for the sake of living once.

Led by a Thai friend, 4 young people start to play the tricks to see ghosts. They start with the most ordinary way to explore the creepy world...

Oblivious to the underlying principal of the '10', their morbid appetite for fear is to be met with, and only too excessively...

Following their quintessential horror sensations The Eye and The Eye 2 , Pang Brothers have yet conceived an electrifying young breed of series - The Eye 10 , a nightmarish rollercoaster ride that sees no end...

Review:

This movie is funny and scary at the same time. Definitely a must watch, you can even learn the 10 ways to see spirits! Only the end is a bit stupid but well it doesn't matter because the rest of the movie is 5 stars.

Trivia:

The ten methods for viewing the dead as described in The Ten Encounters are as follows:

  1. A corneal transplant from a donor who is psychic (as seen in The Eye)
  2. Attempting to commit suicide while pregnant (as seen in The Eye 2).
  3. Playing the Spirit Glass game (similar to Western Ouija boards).
  4. Tapping chopsticks on an empty bowl with enough food for three at an intersection to attract hungry spirits.
  5. Playing hide and seek at midnight while holding a black cat.
  6. Rubbing the dirt from a grave around your eyes.
  7. Opening an umbrella while indoors.
  8. Brushing your hair at midnight while staring into a mirror.
  9. Bending over and looking between your legs (called the "Peek-a-stoop" in the film).
  10. Dressing up in "used" funeral clothes whilst sleeping to fool the dead into believing you are one of them.
